The due process is simple. Either you are a citizen, or you are not.    It is not a murder trial with jurors.

I haven’t read the language of the Laken Riley act so I have no idea if it violates due process. If it does I assume it will be challenged and hopefully thrown out.

(a) there won’t be significantly less undocumented immigrants here than there are now. 
(b) there won’t be significantly less violent crime here than there is now.
