Horseman 2,403 Posted February 6 Trump meeting with GOP today to get this going. Goal is for package to pass the house by April. 300 billion in border money. 3 trillion in tax cuts. 2 trillion in spending cuts. Extend Tax breaks that expire at the end of the year. Raise or eliminate SALT deduction. No tax on SS, tips or OT. On the chopping block: mortgage and student loan deductions and child care credit.

Horseman 2,403 Posted February 26 Everything in retirement seems designed so it's incentivised to not generate income. Taking away tax on SS evens that out a bit.

Current brackets and rates are set to expire after this year if it's not passed to extend them dumbass. Plus the brackets may change anyway when it passes, the bill isn't done yet. Plus the standard deduction is going to be increased. Plus when the time comes I don't want to have to pay taxes on 85% of our social security. Not surprised to see your complete lack of understanding when it come to anything to do with money. You should ask for a refund on that minor in finance.

Your tiny brain can't even stay on topic. The discussion was that I don't care about the deficit if it means more money in my pocket, remember? It's like trying to talk to an autistic monkey. easilyscan 878 Posted 19 hours ago The people who pay the highest taxes, get the most benefit from a tax reduction. Most Democrats have never been able to grasp this. They simply cannot stand the thought of certain people keeping more of their own money. Not exactly related, but it reminded me of this dip shite DFL'er from Minnesota crying because Republicans in the state are trying to prevent illegal aliens from partaking in state funded/subsidized healthcare. Look at the morons surrounding him shaking their heads like Bobblehead drones. They do so love spending other peoples money. https://x.com/AlphaNewsMN/status/1923418296835100946?ref_src=twsrc^tfw|twcamp^tweetembed|twterm^1923418296835100946|twgr^a443446775360951a1db295cb377c14bd02a5671|twcon^s1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Falphanews.org%2Fwill-budget-agreement-hold-dflers-decry-cuts-to-state-health-care-for-illegal-immigrants%2F
