It's unfortunate that someone had to die, but people have to learn that when you've been caught, man up & comply. If you truly believe it's unjustified, you'll have your day in court.

Well that sucked. Horrible. Seemed like a decent guy. Driving on a suspended license isn't the worst offense in the world that gets me bent out of shape,  but is a felony as the cop said. You get there with an accumulation of bad driving decisions/situations.

But yeah... resisting arrest and going for a gun. Can't be having that.

Anyway, cop did everything right.

The dumbest part about this is it’s a felony driving on suspended in Indiana.  Sorry but that isn’t a felony offense.

You're right, he didn't need to die, but he went for a gun and all bets are off.  One way to NOT die is to NOT reach for a gun while being detained by police.

His death is on him, not the "Deep State".

It is only a felony if you have a slew of offenses. Nothing wrong with making it a felony for habitual dangerous drivers that have lost their license.
