AOC Perhaps Facing Legal Action?

Recommended Posts

AOC informed immigrants of their rights under US law. She was not telling them where to dig bunkers to hide themselves in.

You support legal action against a congressional member informing her constituents of their lawful rights? Come on, man!

Link to where she was providing that information to illegal immigrants? Link to where she invited illegals? Vetted them for illegality?

Yes, no doubt that message went to illegals. Let's not lose sight of the fact that even if they are here illegally, they have rights.

if they are legal, they have nothing to worry about. White people get arrested for not doing anything wrong as well. HTH

WOW!!!! .

@AOC wrote to Attorney general Pam Bondi asking her if she plans on weaponizing the department of Justice by opening inquiry's on members of congress, including herself.

I think that argument is being used to some effect so far.

If you do not want to admit here that all she and Omar are doing is trying to advise criminals how to evade ICE, then you can certainly try that.  I wont buy it, but I get the usage of the tactic.

The better question here for us is whether or not Bondi should really try to hold these two vile women accountable.   I am not sure its a good move....

AOC is hoping this happens. Which is why I’m guessing it won’t. It’s just talk.

I agree completely.  Which is why I think Bondi should think twice here.

AOC is a moron in general, but she clearly understands how to use the camera, so I think it better to not allow her theatrics to be on display.

More like she clearly understands the Constitution and her freedom of speech rights.

Actually, it was proven she does not understand it.....nor the law....very well at all..... but I understand you wanting to think she actually in the right on this, which she is not.

We don`t need Bondi to use the Dem tactics of weaponization.   Hopefully she won`t.

wondering whether this would be under aiding & abetting?

It appears that Holman is trying to conduct this appropriately.  Unlike the folks they have replaced, who were virulently corrupt.

He is simply asking Bondi to weigh in and assess whether or not their actions cross the line into obstructing law enforcement.

Telling someone breaking the how to continue breaking the law is not explaining them their rights

if she said turn yourself in and face your criminal consequences that would be the case

String her up for all to see. She is a flat out traitor.

I think Omar is absolutely a traitor.....  but I think AOC is likely not.  She is simply the product of an educational system that has imbued bad ideas and false narratives into her.

Link to her doing that?

How exactly is a duly elected congressional member committing a crime by telling her constituents what their legal rights are? By definition, she is telling them what they can do within the bounds of the law.

I know you guys love the skyscreaming liberal meme, but this is MAGA doing the same thing. She is fully protected by 1A, which you all claim is sacrosanct. What gives?

Well, if a person is raised to be a murderer and they murder people, that's unfortunate but they are still a murderer.

Same thing applies to traitors. And bad people in general. At the same time tackle the educational system they installed to raise these traitors.

That said, when you become an adult, you choose your own path.

Every liberal on this site regurgitates this same sorry line. Every normal person says "I don't like Russia and I don't like Ukraine. Let them deal with their own problems. I don't want to fund foreign wars."

No, every normal person does not say that they don't like Ukraine.

Those aren't normal people. They are the dopes that want to watch bloodshed from across the ocean. And cheer it on.

I absolutely agree with legal action against those who are helping criminals evade accountabiluty.

100 percent agree.  We need charge, convict and lockup any liberal that is aiding and abetting.

IF.....it can likely be proven.

I DO NOT.....want the novel or corrupt legal practices Democrats have conducted to be replicated here with AOC.   We should not accept it if they try.   We cannot allow ourselves to become as corrupt as Democrats.

Horse face. Not a chance. I would not be able to rid myself of that horror. There are plenty of available women that don't look like a dirty living nightmare.

There’s a convicted felon in the White House & he’s evading (evaded) accountability from 3 score charges in three jurisdictions, right now at this very moment.

Well, you don't simply charge people unless you think you can prove they have committed the act.   It might be true that you have a ton of information, but if as the prosecutor you question whether it will be enough to prove your case then you wait to proceed until you have the right amount or quality.

In this instance, Holman thinks it could be, but so what.....it only matters when Bondi thinks..... so I hope she is careful and thoughtful.....she needs to be the opposite of the liberal partisans she replaced.

I see your point, and I know the intent of the prosecutions was to stop him from being able to run, or at least muddy him.....and I accept that.    You call him a felon, but all that does it remind me of the willingness of Democrats to abuse the legal system.   In short, that gambit to throw mud at Trump with the "felony" nonsense didnt work, and its still not working, we know it was a corrupt pursuit by corrupt people.

I find it telling that you do not apply the above logic to any of Trump's legal entanglements.

To me, that was what cemented those prosecutions: what prosecutor would go through with indicting a former POTUS/ current candidate without the evidence to back it up? Career suicide is not something most engage in willingly.

I might be inclined to think that way about Trump if the Democrats did not over charge so extravagantly, or apply novel legal approaches.....or treat Biden and Trump so differently.....

Here is the other side of this coin.....had Republicans....done any one piece of that to Biden YOU.....and your mates would have been justifiably outraged, as would I..... but YOU....and the rest of your people only see it one way....because of politics.
