I was wondering that, but he married a US citizen, and apparently that is the fastest way to get one.

I don’t think the baby should matter. If he committed  violence OR is a member of Hamas OR encouraged others to commit violence OR encouraged others to join Hamas OR raised money for Hamas or other terrorist organizations- he should be deported IMO. 
 

If he did none of these things he should not be deported no matter how toxic you or I might find his views to be. In fact he should never have been arrested.

The only one I've seen mentioned is vandalism, but that's not for certain yet. 

I did see that he and his wife were seeking legal counsel days before the ICE agents showed up; they knew they were going to be questioned. They were also already part of a larger investigation that Columbia was doing privately.
