I think they need to accept the role of the judiciary not simply for its natural role in checks and balances, but also for the propaganda. Ignoring the courts gives credibility to the lefts "authoritarian" game they want to play. I think it unwise to flirt with this approach. Think of this also, later should the Democrats...or what ever party replaces them, hold power and the only means available to Republicans to protect us from that party is the courts....we surely would want them to respect it, right?
