"For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision. The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose."

Since thus far Trump has also complied with even the most ridiculous court overreach orders from activist judges, I'll roll with Joe Biden whose complete unwillingness to enforce US immigration law got his Homeland Security Secretary impeached.

I am sorta on Roberts side on this one.  

I get that activist judges are a problem. I also allow that some rando judge should never have the ability to impede the Presidents execution of his duties.  But right now the Democrats are impotent.  So the only way to do much, which in reality is just delaying....is to abuse the court system.

We should not forget that roughly half of those who voted, did not vote for Trump.   And since the Democrats are currently inept, what other options are there for the radical elements who want to ruin this nation? Abusing the court system is pretty much their only play.

I'm for democracy and can't stand this disgusting abuse of power, with this self-serving a-hole recklessly diluting the power of Congress and the court system, defying judges' orders and then turning around and saying they should be removed because they do things with which he disagrees. And he can't stop whining about the past and focus his energies on issues other than going after his critics. 

None of this has anything to do with all these tired points you pivot to when you can't engage in the debate head-on.
