What terrible things were done?  Threats are bad but they are still only threats.  Destroying beer that was already purchased doesn't hurt anyone.

Did anyone try burning down the brewery, a distribution center or delivery truck?  That would be more comparable.

People were harrassed and targeted for buying the beer in some locations.

Moreso than that though there was a calculated monetary effort by an individual and two organizations to fundamentally attack the infrastructure of Bud Light (and other companies) for "woke" policies. It was designed to hurt the company which in turn hurt sales and the workforce. Now I know the bigger optics of fires are bad. I said as much that I am 100% not for lighting fires of vehicles or shooting guns at them in public. But I'm also against targeted manipulation of people against companies by rich people.

both attacks are organized. One is more obvious to the senses and thus will always look worse.

One was much worse than the other.  The BL crap was not that bad.

People burning stuff down or messing with cars is absurd. Arrest these fockers.

Protesting, not buying the cars is fair game.

Both were protests that were influenced by outside forces. One was more behind the scenes targeted. One is far more out in the open. I get why people think the latter is more egregious and have said I don't agree with the way it is being handled. But I'm not going to agree with handwaving away the other as "Just not buying a product."

People thinking their cause allows them to Fock with other peoples things, or worse shoot someone like that Luigi asshat, can all go fock themselves. You aren’t special, your cause doesn’t provide you special access to do what you want.

I agree that defacing a business / product you don’t own is worse than buying a bunch of beer and shooting it or wherever. On the other hand, people are protesting Tesla because the CEO is haphazardly laying off tens of thousands of people and bragging about it like a doosh. MAGAs were protesting BL because they made a six pack of tranny beer that no one would have known about it people like a few Geeks I won’t name didn’t spend hours scouring the web for trans related stuff.

Nobody has been physically harmed that I know of so I’ll call it a wash.

Posting addresses of people who own teslas with the threat they won’t be removed till they sell them is absolutely wild.  And not physical harm as of yet.  What happens when someone takes it there.  Or at least shows up to vandalize a car at someone’s house and gets shot.  I’m sure you’ll defend the criminal

Yes and my father worked 50 years for the govt as well

Clearly posting addresses is not okay. Back when the Bud Light stuff was going on it wasn't okay either for people to get harrassed as they were leaving stores with Bud Light. Too many people are sucked into this political war nonsense and think we have to drive the other person into the ground. I don't care for Elon Musk, but I don't care if someone buys a Tesla. I've driven a Tesla- it's fine. There is no need to shoot it or throw Molotov cocktails at it

People shouldn't be harrassed for buying a beer from a company that supported a LGBTQ person. Drinking Bud Light is its own punishment.

Imagine if you were on something called the Internet:

Quote

Recent tax filings reveal that The Concord Fund – a key entity in Leo’s network – contributed $350,000 to Consumers Defense, the new lobbying arm of “anti-ESG” group Consumers’ Research. These organizations were at the forefront of the Bud Light boycott and subsequent attacks on transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney following the brand’s collaboration with her. This contribution follows a previous $6 million donation to Consumers’ Research from DonorsTrust – another pivotal group in Leo’s network – which enabled its revenue to surge from $835,000 to over $8 million in 2021.

Just two weeks after Mulvaney’s Bud Light ad debuted, Consumers’ Research launched its “Woke Alerts” campaign, explicitly targeting the beer brand and claiming to play an “integral role” in the ensuing backlash. The boycott led to death threats and harassment targeting Mulvaney, violent incidents against Bud Light consumers, and 350 Anheuser-Busch employee layoffs.

These findings, coupled with recent research exposing Leo’s connections to the anti-trans organization Do No Harm, paint a clearer picture of Leo’s expanded priorities beyond just the judiciary as he works to force a wildly unpopular and extreme agenda on Americans everywhere.

Yeah that’s crazy. Shame people are so wrapped up in politics today they make videos of themselves shooting Bud Lite or post the addresses of Tesla owners online. Let’s just hope no one gets hurt!

Are you sure?  I mean, Trump said clearly what he was running for President to do..... and he was elected.

He is clearly doing what he said he would do.....and people poll positively for it more than against it.

It sure seems as if the people want him to do what he i doing.....why would you then infer they want Democrats to oppose him given these two elements?

More people voted against Trump than voted for him.

More people disapprove of what Trump is doing then approve.

Numbers get even worse on the economy.

So no, the polling does not show that people want Democrats to work with Republicans.  Sit down.

I'd just scroll past his stuff. It's good for your health.

Also he's a huge hypocrite because we uncovered he is okay with pedophiles as long as they are MAGA.

No, more people voted for Trump, that is how he was elected, and garnered the popular vote as well.  So that is false right on it face.

More people, according to CNN polling as well as others, support what he is doing than oppose it.  So you are not telling the truth.

The economy angle is something I have already stated you might want to be careful with here, those numbers are already improving, to keep pretending he will damage it might result in further loss of credibility for folks like you

SO yeah, everything  is pointing to the wider public supporting him, so again, if you want to keep opposing what the majority of people want, that is fine....but later when the mid terms come around, remember you were warned it might cause you further losses.

Not only have I read them, I posted them, and that the polls support my position.  I have not checked out MSDNC, they usually find a way to lie about such things, so if that is your source I might suggest you reconsider, here I have posted CNN....and I assume you will accept their work?

This is wrong. The latest CNN poll has Trump’s approval rating as underwater.

No, I posted it, more people still support him.  Now, I expect that to change perhaps in the future, but right now they support him.  Instead of just opposing Trump, the Demorats should come forward with a competing vision and solutions.   But right now, the insistence on just opposing....not working.
