Not necessary for deportation. Dems tha rules.

@Strike’s justification for deporting her is that she committed a felony. If that is the case then she should get a trial.

In any case you’re wrong: due process is necessary for deportation or incarceration.

Wait, it was Nancy Pelosi who said "who's going to pick the vegetables and fruits". That's about the most racist thing I've ever heard. Is that all they're good for in your mind, picking berries?

I’m not interested in what Pelosi or anyone else said. I was referring to YOU calling her a “taco maker” out of the blue, which was a clearly racist remark.

Two more folks here rooting for no due process. This is how we do away with the Constitution: public sentiment. How long before Trump proposes an Enabling Act? Sounds like many here will cheer him on.

My justification is she’s here illegally. She’s gotta go! Let that be a lesson to the rest of the users that come here to live off of tax paying Americans hard work.

Because you HIRE these people too. That's the ONLY reason you're not into this. You hire illegals. Probably with fake SSNs/EINs.

It’s the other way around. You’re living off her, and millions like her. If I had to deport someone I would choose to deport you over her.

Not stupid. Incredibly courageous. She fought for the rights of others at tremendous risk to herself. Exactly the sort of person I want here.

Criminals who have every reason to be more criminal?  That's the kind of person you want here?  If she got a fake SS number and it worked, you don't think there are others out there that she probably helped obtain... THEN, you don't think any of them (or even her), sold that SSN to someone else who may have done worse?

Liar.  I never said she had to commit a felony to be deported.  She should be deported because she's an illegal immigrant, as she admitted to the cop who pulled her over.  All of her subsequent actions support why she should be deported.  I see you're ignoring my post on due process.  I'll just conclude that you're FOS when you say you care about due process then.

She got due process.  You and Tim just use fancy words you really don't believe in as an excuse.

Because she pays into Social Security without taking anything out of it. She and millions of other undocumented people do this and it helps keep SS afloat so that you can be paid and the whole system doesn’t go insolvent.

Even more broadly, undocumented immigrants work for lower wages and keep prices low for us, particularly in agriculture and at restaurants. This doesn’t apply to her specifically but to undocumented people in general.

She got due process. She was found guilty of additional crimes above and beyond the coming here illegally

If she didn’t commit a felony then she doesn’t deserve to be deported. I don’t care what the law says; we have a duty to disobey immoral laws.

Your excuse is very democrat. We need to keep those negroes in the fields cause if they don’t we won’t have food

dont you see a problem with a system that requires us to use illegals not receiving benefits in the end to keep the system going???

how is that even fair

I don’t want them paying or receiving. Go home. Come here legally

burn down SS it’s a failed system

I find it immoral for the govt to take taxes from me. So I can just ignore that based on morality

I actually can’t believe what I’m reading here especially coming from someone that exploits the labor of illegals that also hurts lower income workers . Astonishing lack of self awareness

Yeah, you don't care what the law says.  That's the problem. It's impossible to have a discussion with someone who picks and chooses what laws are valid.  Sounds like how you describe Trump.  The laws you accuse Trump of violating are bad IMO.  Therefore he shouldn't be prosecuted for them.  Do you see how stupid and childish that sounds?  You are not a serious poster.

Falsifying or using a false Social Security number can be a felony, specifically a Class 4 felony, carrying potential penalties of 2 to 6 years in prison and fines up to $500,000 in the state of Colorado.

Jeanette Vizguerra is a mom of American citizens, a Target employee, a nonprofit leader and an immigration reform advocate with no violent criminal history. Her detainment is not about safety.

This is Putin-style persecution of political dissidents.

Lol...what a fukturd.    You did not give two shitz about nurses, grandmothers, teachers, policemen, veterans who had their homes raidedbt dozens of heavily armed fbi agents, incarcerated, and threatened with lengthy prisons sentences simply for entering a public building.  So go fuk yourself

Then give her a trial. You guys can’t have it both ways. If she committed a felony she gets a trial and if convicted she gets deported. If she didn’t commit a felony then she doesn’t deserve to be deported.

We absolutely do not benefit from their education. They're sucking up resources that could be used for American citizens.

Sorry, it's a non-us citizen. You better follow the letter of the law.

Trials are reserved for American citizens.  Illegal Immigrants don't get that luxury

Not at all. There are certain laws in our history, very few of them which if carried out, are clearly immoral. The Fugitive Slave Act is the most obvious example. I hold that any law that says the government has the right to round up, incarcerate and deport a non-violent, non-felony committing undocumented person is on the face of it immoral and should be disobeyed. I further hold that this belief is in the finest traditions of American justice. So gtfo with your accusations of childish or seriousness. You obviously know nothing about our history.

Again you’re ignorant of our laws to make this assertion.

She purposely skipped an immigration check in.  She also hid in a church.  She has done everything and anything to avoid consequences for her actions.  She is the exact opposite of the type of person we should allow to immigrate to our great country.

No they can't.

They just want to say she committed a felony and deport her without going through the formality of any type of judicial proceeding, along with providing actual evidence of proof.

I can't believe our country is coming to this. 😒
