Bought one of my condo's in 2015 for 107k

Going to be listing it for 375,000 - Will happily take 350.

That is nuts.

not too shabby bro, where you have it?

I bought my house in 2013 for 180, its listed at 775 right now

we bought into an apt complex too invested 50k and its valuation is 12x now

It is dependant upon interest rates, but usually when you can get 3% per year appreciation on real estate it starts to become advantageous for buying versus renting from a money stand point..  When you get 10%, it is an insanely good investment especially if you are highly leveraged.  Congrats.

I do feel dirty but i am just going to turn around and use the money to avoid cap gains tax and pay someone elses bloated price.
