Not reading this thread I’m sure it’s full of the usuals crying.

I don’t participated in these knitting circle cry sessions typically so will give you the breakdown of what happened at FBG’s political forum. It’s really not that complicated.

The guy who was paying to host the forums doesn’t put up with people being asshats.

His version of what that is is particular and specific.

He got caught up banning, suspending a handful of people repeatedly, determining what was out of bounds, defining what was ban worthy. Once you start trying to curate this type of thing it becomes a quagmire. Dude got tired of it so just closed that whole sub forum down.

There was no one person responsible (a small number did probably cause an inordinate amount of the PITA behavior) it was the years of dealing with the hassle. 

The thing, like here is free (granted there is benefit to the business to have people on there as they may subscribe to his product and this forum has these terrible banner ads) so suck it up you big pussays. That you still complain about this is pretty funny TBH.

Only one person "deliberately" shut the PSF down and that was JB.

Tim, if you don`t think you were a big part of the problem there you are delusional as you were on their 24-7 bumping your own threads.  And you know when JB said step away, he meant you as you were posting well over 100 times a day then. 

Boyo Daulton was also a big problem as he threatened JB after being banned a number of times.

He's just not gonna get it.  even when he'd get suspended, he'd whine and complain to Joe about it, making it worse.   Squish reported people SO MUCH! Over emojis, ha ha posts, you name it.  He must have driven the mods insane with his reporting.   This is not a stretch, you see it here.  He gets butthurt all the time, about silly little things.  Only difference is there aren't a bunch of censorship mods floating around that will cow tow to his whining. 

And Tim's reaction tells you all you need to know about him.  Like I said, he was really upset when his echo chamber at FBG started allowing conservatives to post and counter his self serving arguments.  What frosted them is they would report tings, the mods didn't react as they wanted, with immediate censorship, and that made them even more mad.

Tim and squish can continue to lie, we already know Tim does on the regular.  But I was there, I saw it daily.   The board closed due to the incessant reporting, mostly by the emotional liberals who didn't like that their little protected world was changing.

That's my last post on this topic.  Glad we have a forum here where free speech is respected, not censored.

Well, feel free to call me delusional then because I don’t think I was part of the problem at all. Yes I posted quite a lot. That I don’t deny. But my posts were, as they were here, mostly issue oriented. The only time I engaged in personal insults in when I was goaded into it, unfortunately. MAGA jerks would personally insult me knowing that I wouldn’t report them; then I would respond in turn and they would report me and I got suspended a few times. Then they would post that I was the source of all problems in the forum and recommend it be shut down. The whole thing was deliberate. I finally got sick of it and after being suspended for a week left voluntarily for a month. During that month Joe shut the forum down. I was already gone and had nada to do with it.

Why did you get suspended 20+ times if you only posted issue oriented posts?  You don't think Joe got sick of suspending the same people like you and Squis over and over?

Not true. Joe only told me (paraphrasing) to cut back and reduce the number of tweets I was posting.

Joe never told me to stop posting tweets entirely, probably because he was posting tweets himself on a daily basis, mostly in the SP. It would have been laughably hypocritical if he had asked me to stop while he kept reposting tweets himself.

I don’t think it was 20 times. I don’t know how many times it was. All I can tell you is that I engaged in a long personal one on one discussion with Joe Bryant and he told me that while he was strongly considering shutting the whole thing down, I was NOT the reason. I tried to talk him out of it.
