April 9 and in the freaking 20's outside this morning. Dang, I love the change of seasons, the cold and the heat, but winter is just lasting too long.

I spoke to someone Saturday who had a $35,000.00 storm deductible on their house, which is nowhere near the Lake. And with less immigrant labor & ad valorum taxes piled on top of Canadian lumber by the Mad King construction costs are going to skyrocket. I’d say it’s here.

They couldn't prove man made global cooling so they ran with man made global warming. They then couldn't prove that so they switched it to man made climate change. The more generalized they make their claims the more no one can prove anything. Because there's nothing to prove or disprove in reality.

I definitely have increasing insurance costs. What happens is an issue is raised, the response is “I’m fine, you must suck at life.” But politics isn’t about one person. 

This is a lot like the FF Board & FF in general, no one cares about your roster.

I've been to Florida many times. Walking into a Publix ice box grocery store out of the 95 degree humid weather was enough to know that's not for me. It's like being in the Houston area doing outdoor activities and running into swamps all over the place.
