So this guy claims every country we send him to he’ll be tortured. So Homeland Security makes up a country and he says he’ll be tortured there too.

I was waiting for the evidence at trial but since we're not even bothering to go to trial I would say probably not

You don’t think he was trafficking when the Maryland dad got pulled over in Tennessee coming back from Texas with all those guys in his vehicle?

Eight people with no luggage two states from his "home". You think he's fooling anyone? Every sentient human knows exactly what he's doing here.

It boggles the mind that anyone actually fails this Rorschach test.

He was charged with smuggling, not trafficking.  The judge made sure to point out that there’s a significant difference between the two

No, and neither did the cops that pulled him over.

Who cares?

One ends with a plane ticket home while the other ends with a plane ticket home. WE DO NOT WANT PEOPLE DOING EITHER IN THE COUNTRY, especially when they're illegal themselves.

The only thing that makes Eswatini Dad special is that he doesn't want to go home because he fears MS13's rival gangs will kill him, which is why he goes to Eswatini instead.

So I see you didn’t watch the video. The cop clearly says they are trafficking. It was reported to the feds as well. They didn’t pick it up. You’re amazing.

Anyway...

They know exactly what is going on and when they see this video, anyone who watches it can see for themselves the truth of the matter and figure out who is lying to them.

Personally I have no problem with Abrego Garcia being deported so long as that’s what the courts decide. My problem with this case, from the beginning, was that the Trump administration chose to go around the courts and take action against him without due process. To answer @avoiding injuries, due process is the hill I choose to die on, NOT the guilt or innocences of Abrego Garcia.

Whether or not he s deported, I think he should sue our government for illegally sending him to El Salvador where he was tortured.

It is has pointed out numerous times since this thread began that this is not about Abrego Garcia, the person, it is about the guarantee of due process under the Constitution.

Screw off. They are illegals.

The only due process should be, are they illegal or not. If illegal, get rid of them immediately.

No. But every person forcibly detained by the government deserves their day in court. Do you agree with this principle or not?

Every US Citizen, yes.   Illegal immigrants deserve no such consideration.  You're in this country ILLEGALLY - you don't get the same protections as a US Citizen.  Case closed.

Illegal means illegal. No court ruling is needed.

Simply remove them.

So even you would agree that they should be allowed to appear before a court to determine whether or not they have the right to be here legally?

First off that’s not what the law says. But even if did, how are we to determine if somebody has the legal right to be here? Should they be allowed to argue it before a court of law or do we just leave up to ICE to determine it? And if it’s the latter, what’s to keep ICE from deciding you’re not a legal citizen and deporting you without due process?

Tim likes to call them "undocumented Americans" to try to cover up that they are illegals.

Well that’s three of you now who believe that the government can decide who belongs here and who doesn’t and needn’t prove anything before a court of law. This sort of thinking is how we move towards a dictatorship. Congrats.

The day you’re arrested and deported you can scream that you’re an American citizen and have papers to prove it. Nobody will listen:

It's funny that he says he's gonna be fine and he's living well, but we all should be scared of being arrested, deported, going broke, and many other things that he is safe from having to experience.

He had his day in court. Over and over. This isnt about some democratic stand for due process. Nobody actually believes you should be able to come here illegally and then just keep making up baloney about being afraid.

You guys are frauds. This case has exposed you.

Liar.  He has a valid order of deportation RIGHT NOW.  The courts have ALREADY decided.
