Clara Jeffery, editor in chief of Mother Jones, says that it is for the best that JD Vance’s children be subjected to boos at Disneyland, so that they “know now what their father is about. And you guys keep engaging this shonuff retard.

Whenever I see anything related to Mother Jones I get ready to see something outlandish.  I remember frequently that kook David Corn on Lawrence O'Donnell's MSNBC show.  He made O'Donnell look like Rush Limbaugh at times.  What's really funny is Corn is the one who got the infamous Romney video at the private dinner referring to the 47 percent.  In many ways that video helped sink Mitt Romney and for the most part show that old faction of the Republican party wasn't capable of winning anymore and in some ways opened a lane wide open for Donald Trump.  So now Trump, who puts the folks over at Mother Jones into the straight jackets/catching them with butterfly nets category, is someone they indirectly helped get to power.

Do you think it’s made up that the guy with the autism awareness tattoo was among those swapped from CECOT to Venezuela?  His sister confirmed it

Cool.  I looked her up.  All three of her sons broke our immigration laws to come here.  And you think I should trust the word of someone who taught her children it was okay to break the laws of other countries.  GTFOH.

This particular mother has been in a bunch of stories since her kid got taken by ICE.  And I get it.  But she's putting herself out there to be in these stories.  I have no faith that she's telling the truth and not trying to make her kid look sympathetic.

Or maybe, just maybe, she knew her son got sent to a terrorist prison and could have been in danger or may have never been released?   You’re such a POS.  Are you now of the opinion that entering the US illegally should be punishable by being jailed in a terrorist prison?

I mean how can you disagree with hard hitting journalism like Trump is an authoritarian who used his power to get one of the remaining “Crown Jewels” of broadcast programming canceled? Pathetic. He’ll be sourcing dailykos next.

The El Salvador prison is for gang members. If someone is not in a gang, they should just be sent home, not there, especially if they willingly signed those deportation papers.

Assuming the family and reporter are right, then this would be a mistake. But ICE may well have linked him to gang activities. Assuming he was in the gang, at 18, he'd be given some task that exposes deep risk of being caught that they don't want to assign to more valuable senior members.

It’s well documented that many of those sent to CECOT were “linked to gang activities” based solely on their tattoos.

I wonder if any of the Venezuelans had orders similar to Abrego Garcia that prohibited them being sent to Venezuela.  If so, then the admin may have just figured out a loophole, send them to El Salvador first, then claim it was actually El Salvador that sent them to Venezuela.

Getting gang tattoos is already a bad idea and a worse one if you're not in a gang and in the country illegally.

Friendly reminder that some of those sent to CECOT did not actually enter illegally.

Here’s one that entered with an appointment from the CBP One app, but was also sent to CECOT then among those swapped to Venezuela.

You been living under a rock?  Many of the “gang tattoos” that caused people to be sent to CECOT weren’t actually gang tattoos.

But apparently you can have an actual gang tattoo and be a border patrol agent.

Well don't get ones that look like gang tattoos either. The Maryland Father's knuckles had gang tattoos and the people are claiming he doesn't are lying to us. And to be clear, no, I don't mean the letters I know were added in the photo: I mean the marijuana plant, smiley face, dagger, and skull.

And yet, while a Chicago Bulls hat was, his tattoos were not mentioned to support his alleged gang affiliation in his initial arrest in 2019.

The dude shouldn't be in the country. Period. Full stop. Then, since he is from El Salvador and has El Salvadoran gang tattoos, he can be assumed to be in the gang. Since the Biden regime gave him protection from being deported to El Salvador because he convinced them a rival gang of MS-13 wants to kill him, the means he can't be deported to his home country. Time to find another country with another prison that accepts third country gang-affiliated transfers.
