Birth certificates are easily faked.  But we need laws that require one to vote.

While I feel for this young man, there a couple of points worth noting:

1) law enforcement has the right to hold someone for a period of time already.  48 hours is within that time frame

2). His birth certificate got the local charges dropped.  The feds asked that he be held and that is why he's still in custody.

This is a direct byproduct of our open border policy.  If lefties would allow us to purge the country of all the illegals they let in instead of fighting it we could get back to normal.

Sorry you got caught up in this, Juan. It's an easy mistake to make in this environment but glad it was remedied within 48 hours.

Has this only happened once in 90 days? Hopefully any/all cases are resolved promptly. Although the premise made for a great Cheech Marin movie.
