Agreed.  He's not a serious poster.

That Trump and Epstein have a long relationship?  It's all there.  I have no interest in doing your work for you only to have you make excuses.  I already owned you once today and you made excuses.  No thanks.

Keep telling yourself that.  🤣

Mother of 3 in US for 30 Years Deported by ICE

A New Jersey mother who has lived in the United States for three decades was deported to Mexico, leaving behind her 17-year-old daughter.

Patricia Balbuena Soto, a longtime resident, had lived in the U.S. since she was 19 years old, her daughter said. Before her deportation, she worked as a waitress at a local restaurant, The Windjammer, in Somers Point.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) told Newsweek that the Atlantic City Police Department charged Balbuena Soto with criminal mischief for damage to private property, home invasion burglary with intent to inflict harm, possession of a weapon, unlawful possession of a weapon, and conspiracy to commit home invasion burglary.

Fleeing and eluding is a crime. You can't run from Police, especially Federal ones. BTW,

The Trump administration has revoked the visas of six foreigners deemed by U.S. officials to have made derisive comments or made light of the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk last month.

The State Department said Tuesday it had determined they should lose their visas after reviewing their online social media posts and clips about Kirk, who was killed while speaking at a Utah college campus on Sept. 10

Trump's gestapo

🏆  SAN DIEGO (AP) — The father of a Marine who was arrested by immigration authorities when visiting his pregnant daughter at Camp Pendleton has a criminal record that includes charges of domestic violence and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, the Department of Homeland Security said Thursday.

Esteban Rios was deported to Mexico in 1999, removed from the United States again in 2005 and ordered deported by an immigration judge in 2020 after entering the country illegally a third time, the department said.

The statement was the first detailed account that Homeland Security provided since the Marine, Steve Rios, said last week that his father was detained after visiting the Southern California military base, released with ankle monitors and detained again when reporting days later to a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement office, as ordered.

1. Because, under Biden we had reasonable laws for seeking asylum in the US and if the articles you posted are true, this person took advantage of them. That can happen, but it doesn’t mean that the laws shouldn’t have been there.

2. What we did NOT have under Biden, and what we have even less of now, is enough judges to adjudicate these cases on a timely basis. That also apparently helped this killer escape justice.

There is no "reasonable" law that would allow someone CONVICTED of murder and torture in another country to roam free in ours.  Trump apprehended her in 2020 and Biden released her, as he did so many other violent illegals that went on to hurt or kill innocent Americans.  And here you are, defending the murder of Americans.  Disgusting, but not surprising.

Who are you kidding?  Reasonable??  Biden and company let in a person wanted for torture & murder.  Biden let in as much as possible for votes & conveniently not vetting much of them.

“It shocks the conscience that the Biden administration released into America a cruel, violent illegal alien who tortured a human being, beat them with an electrical cable and a stick, and then threw her victim from a ninth-floor window,” DHS Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs Tricia McLaughlin said.

“Reasonable” means reasonable for everyone under it. The reason we have these laws is so that innocent people will not be unjustly deported. The cost of having legal structures such as this in place is that bad guys might escape justice.

You and @Strike and the rest would rather that dozens or hundreds of innocent people be treated unjustly rather than we allow one bad guy to escape. I feel the opposite. I don’t want to a system where we treat anyone unjustly and if that means that some criminals can get away with it, so be it. We need to work harder to catch them within rules that are fair to everyone.

Right now ICE is rounding up all sorts of innocent people who do not deserve to be rounded up because they committed no violent crime. Some of them are American citizens or otherwise have the legal right to be here, and they were arrested for no other reason than ethnicity or skin color.

THIS is the real crime, not what the Biden Administration did. If the choice is between Biden being too loose about this stuff and Trump being far too tough. Give me Biden. Polls show the American people (finally!) feel the same way as I do and you will see that in the next election.

According to the law if you are here illegally you can be deported, regardless of skin color or ethnicity.  So now that that is out of the way go to D.C. & change the law.  Also, deserving has nothing to do with it.

Can be is not the same as should be. Thats where the deserving part comes in. And you didn’t address the fact that some of the folks deported have American citizenship or the legal right to be here.

Finally if you guys are going to keep making the argument (IMO absurd, unworkable, immoral and unamerican) that everyone here without legal papers must be deported regardless of what crimes they have committed while here, then stop focusing on the ones that have committed violent crimes. You can’t have it both ways.

Fine, I'll bite.  Who are the American citizens that have been deported?

https://www.propublica.org/article/immigration-dhs-american-citizens-arrested-detained-against-will

The first article refers to American citizens detained. Not deported. But the fact they were arrested and detained is bad enough. It should not happen.

The second article is about children born here deported with their parents. That is wrong IMO. Not only should the children be allowed to stay but so should the parents so long as they haven’t committed any violent crime.

Give me a fricking break.  You said American citizens being deported.  Yes, your second link shows a 2, 4, and 7 year old being deported with their illegal mother.  This is the best you can come up with ?

Your disingenuous at best.

False narrative!

Illegal immigrants are criminals. Being here illegally is a crime!

Hi. Welcome to the board. I see you have met tim. Tim is the resident liar. Ask for a link on citizens being deported and you will get one about citizens being detained.
