In a social media post and remarks at the White House on Tuesday, the president described crime in Washington as “out of control.”

“If D.C. doesn’t get its act together, and quickly, we will have no choice but to take Federal control of the City, and run this City how it should be run, and put criminals on notice that they’re not going to get away with it anymore,” Trump said in a post on Truth Social.

San Francisco is just NOT what it used to be. I haven't been there recently enough to know about actual violence there, but it's crime ridden, druggies pooping every where in the streets. A once beautiful tourist city turned to poo. There's an app that will tell you where poo has been reported/found. That's saying something.

Update: Apparently after failing to obtain an indictment, Pirro charged this guy Sean Dunn anyway with a misdemeanor. What’s more, Pam Bondi then proceeded to fire him - an Air Force veteran & DOJ paralegal - from his job, and the White House featured him in a video justifying their use of American troops against its citizens. Look at this craziness.

Well he’s now been acquitted at trial, the verdict is not guilty. I have no doubt if you threw a sandwich at a cop that would be a good way to get hauled into jail, but that’s about it.

President Trump said on Wednesday that he would abandon, for now, efforts to deploy the National Guard in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Portland, Ore.

The decision comes after the Supreme Court ruled last week that Mr. Trump could not deploy troops in the Chicago area over the objections of Illinois officials. The president’s announcement made no mention of the ruling, but he suggested his administration would not hesitate to deploy troops in the future.
