LOLOL cry more. Jack Smith, Letitia James, and all the other people Trump is targeting with bogus investigations are winning EASILY. I hope he keeps it up. He’s like a coach calling the same play every down despite his QB getting sacked each time. Hilarious to watch.

squistion 2,681 Posted December 20, 2025 https://x.com/kylegriffin1/status/2002092842139734173 Jack Smith still wants to speak in public: In a new letter, Smith says he wants the American public to "hear the facts" about his two criminal cases against Trump — asking the House Judiciary Committee to release video of his closed-door deposition and schedule an open and public hearing. squistion 2,681 Posted 21 hours ago https://x.com/BlueATLGeorgia/status/2006490880916533629 (video clip at link) Jack Smith on if Trump's statements were free speech: He was free to say that he thought he won the election. He was even free to say, falsely, that he won the election. But what he was not free to do was violate federal law and use knowingly false statements about election fraud to target a lawful government function. That he was not allowed to do. Fnord 2,673 Posted 13 hours ago So this gets dumped on NYE right before a long holiday weekend full of booze and football. Smart. I sure as hell won't be spending 8 hours watching that video but the 4 days until the country comes back online will give those that will time to disseminate. I saw a “7 takeaways” article from Politico. But all that site cares about is “palace intrigue” so it wasn’t too informative.

Stuff is starting to pop up. I'm grateful it's being made public but have no belief that it will meaningfully move the needle. Everything was publicly known before the election and didn't prevent the Don from getting elected.

But you're too lazy, close minded and chickenshit to watch or read the deposition for yourself and judge it on merit, so just listen to whatever Tucker says and nod along like the poor victimized boomer you claim not to be. 1

It might take a 60% majority in the next 2 elections to turn things around. Gerrymandering could block anything less. Or maybe I’m just too pessimistic…? SaintsInDome2006 834 Posted 11 hours ago I don’t see any daylight for even slightest evidence for the Bondi DOJ to bring charges, but no doubt, as Smith said, they probably will.

SaintsInDome2006 834 Posted 6 hours ago >>>And what I recall was Meadows stating that “I’ve never seen Jim Jordan scared of anything,” and the fact that we were in this different situation now where people were scared really made it clear that what was going on at the Capitol could not be mistaken for anything other than what it was. And it goes back to that sort of information from someone who is a credible source to the President, proving that that actually happened and that there’s actually a record of that call and exactly when it happened and what actions happened after that or didn’t happen after that, extremely probative to our case.<<>
