So, the fact that 79% of the boats had drugs justifies the murder of the innocents in the other 21%?

That will be a small consolation to the familes of those killed in boats that carried no drugs.

212 vessels indterdicted: 41 had no drugs, =19.3% 

Of those 41, 24 had "committed no criminal offense." 24 of 212 = 11.3% of interdictments wherein the boats were completely clear of wrongdoing. So we are potentially killing people that not only aren't drug mules, but have committed no crimes whatsoever. That's stone cold murder. Trump's America. It's what HT voted for.

It is disturbing that neither he nor some of the others here seem to have a problem with this and may justify it by saying, "If (roughly) 4 out 5 are carrying drugs, the 1 out of 5 innocents who are killed are collateral damage and the price of doing business (so to speak).
