Notice how Trump doesn’t hit any Cuban ships. Nah, not a major source of drugs at all.

I worked a guy from Amsterdam for a bit some years back. And he was being critical of the US for being in military battles in some portions of the world rather than stepping into the mess that was going on in Jakarta at the time.

So everyone has their battles to pick and choose from.

You criticize Trump for keeping our borders safe around the area of the most drug trafficking in our country, but then criticize him for not going after other parts of our border at the same time.

So what is it? Go after Cuba and you will criticize that too, or, don't go after Cuba and you will criticize that? Either way, you criticize because of your TDS.

Special Ops copters & B52s along the Venezuela coast

>>…Visuals that circulated on social media in early October appeared to show MH-6 Little Bird attack helicopters and MH-60 Black Hawks over open water near oil and gas platforms. A visual analysis of the platforms and visible terrain indicates the helicopters were flying off Trinidad’s northeast coast, bringing them within 90 miles of several points along Venezuela’s coastline.

The aircraft are likely operated by the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, said Mark Cancian, a senior adviser with the Center for Strategic and International Studies. The unit flies missions for commandos like Navy SEALs, Green Berets and Delta Force, and has gained renown for undertaking complex and dangerous operations such as the raid to kill Osama bin Laden in Pakistan.

The inclusion of Little Birds — small attack aircraft designed to insert operators onto the ground and provide close air support — suggests preparations for potential missions that could see U.S. boots on the ground, Cancian said.

The Black Hawks could be used in support, he added, carrying additional troops, combat search-and-rescue or other capabilities. …<<

The MV Ocean Trader, a commercial vessel reconfigured into a stealthy floating Special Operations base, appears to have recently operated in the Caribbean and may have some relationship to the aircraft, experts said.

The ship can carry about 200 personnel, about 150 of whom are dedicated to special missions, said Bradley Martin, a senior policy researcher at the Rand Corporation and former Navy surface warfare captain. It can hold multiple aircraft, Martin said, including potentially the numerous helicopters shown in the video. It also can provide refueling and maintenance services, he said.

Satellite imagery from Sept. 25 showed a ship matching the length and visual composition of the MV Ocean Trader docked at St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. On Oct. 6, satellite imagery appeared to show the same ship operating in the Caribbean just over 40 miles east of Trinidad — within a few dozen miles from where the helicopters were filmed.

About a tenth of all deployed U.S. naval power is in the region, a “seismic” reordering of assets, analysts have said, including a submarine, a fleet of destroyers and F-35 fighters mobilized in Puerto Rico.

Three U.S. B-52 strategic bombers have also been flying in the area, an Air Force official said, adding to a hefty military presence in the area.

The U.S. also dispatched numerous C-17 Globemaster large transportation aircraft to St. Croix in recent weeks, according to flight records, including flights that landed while the Ocean Trader was in port there. Those flights showed departures from various U.S. bases, including Fort Campbell in Kentucky, where 160th is headquartered and keeps its Little Birds, according to the Army.<<

If only there was some way to look at the video to hear, perceive & absorb the words of the person *in the video* rather than merely looking at the supposed analysis surrounding it in its presentation. One is a subjective claim, the other the actual objective event. Perhaps you could run it through an AI prompt to make sense of what Trump is actually saying there? I dunno.

If only there was a way to manipulate things to fit your narrative. It's crazy how cavemanish our society is these days. Darn.

Sure, I understand, listening to the President’s own words is ‘manipulation.’

Sure like moving ships & air force wings. Every president ever would have denied that story. Even SecDef Pete shut down all Pentagon reporting. And all their loyal followers would have done the ‘fake news’ chant (see above). But not Donnie Boy, oh no, he had to puff his chest out and publicly confirm the story because he so badly needs the attention & rush. Now the WH & magaworld will twist themselves pretzel like to explain he wasn’t speaking officially or he was being sarcastic or whatever lame thing they usually do when he does this.

You knowingly voted a pedo into office. And all of the garbage you are rambling on about is liberal collective narrative whining that has nothing to do with anything and makes no sense in the least.

If they are intentionally just killing whoever they see with what they think are drugs then that does help the claim that they’re not unnecessarily targeting Venezuela.

Right Trump fumbling out public acknowledgment of an operation is the Dems’ fault. Check.

This ages worse and worse every time I see it.

How Biden got away with all his groping, kissing and sniffing over the years is an amazing feat in itself.

Trump's deportations divert FBI agents off child predator cases Officials warn that President Donald Trump's immigration crackdown is leaving domestic terrorists, including online extremists who prey on children, unpoliced.

- It *is odd, right?, that the party which has stopped investigating child & sex trafficking, that keeps having prominent donors arrested for child sex crimes, which has shut down our Congress to prevent the release of files of the years long FBI investigation into their Leader’s involvement with a notorious child abuser & trafficker, is so obsessed with this issue.

The military commander overseeing the Pentagon’s escalating attacks against boats in the Caribbean Sea that the Trump administration says are smuggling drugs said on Thursday that he was stepping down.

It was unclear why Admiral Holsey is suddenly departing, less than a year into what is typically a three-year job, and in the midst of the biggest operation in his 37-year career. But one current and one former U.S. official, both of whom spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss personnel matters, said that Admiral Holsey had raised concerns about the mission and the attacks on the alleged drug boats.

Unpossible.  Strike told me we weren’t losing any focus on the worst of the worst in order to find low hanging fruit to deport

Trump Administration Authorizes Covert C.I.A. Action in Venezuela

>>

The Trump administration has secretly authorized the C.I.A. to conduct covert action in Venezuela, according to U.S. officials, stepping up a campaign against Nicolás Maduro, the country’s authoritarian leader.

The authorization is the latest step in the Trump administration’s intensifying pressure campaign against Venezuela. For weeks, the U.S. military has been targeting boats off the Venezuelan coast it says are transporting drugs, killing 27 people. American officials have been clear, privately, that the end goal is to drive Mr. Maduro from power.

Mr. Trump acknowledged on Wednesday that he had authorized the covert action and said the United States was considering strikes on Venezuelan territory.

“We are certainly looking at land now, because we’ve got the sea very well under control,” the president told reporters hours after The New York Times reported the secret authorization.

….

The new authority would allow the C.I.A. to carry out lethal operations in Venezuela and conduct a range of operations in the Caribbean.

The agency would be able to take covert action against Mr. Maduro or his government either unilaterally or in conjunction with a larger military operation. It is not known whether the C.I.A. is planning any specific operations in Venezuela.

But the development comes as the U.S. military is planning its own possible escalation, drawing up options for President Trump to consider, including strikes inside Venezuela.

The scale of the military buildup in the regionis substantial: There are currently 10,000 U.S. troops there, most of them at bases in Puerto Rico, but also a contingent of Marines on amphibious assault ships. In all, the Navy has eight surface warships and a submarine in the Caribbean.

The new authorities, known in intelligence jargon as a presidential finding, were described by multiple U.S. officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the highly classified document.

Hey here’s a CRAZY idea - let’s ask them who they work for & try to get information on their operations. That way - & hear me out - we might actually damage their ability to traffic drugs. Nutty out the box thinking, huh?
