Drugs play a part. It's not about one single thing. Drugs are what funded the terrorists. It's not that complicated.

Trump wrote a book called Art of the Deal. He is the master at making deals. Sometimes you have to make deals with people who have committed crimes.

This happens all the time though. Prosecutors make deals with certain people to fry a bigger fish. Acting like Trump making deals with someone who committed a crime is one of the symptoms of tds.
