Recommended Posts

An immigration judge in Louisiana has ordered pro-Palestinian activist Mahmoud Khalil, a legal permanent resident of the U.S., deported to Syria or Algeria for failing to disclose certain information on his green card application, according to documents filed in federal court Wednesday by his lawyers.

From Louisiana. Of course. Reminds me of those judges in the 50s and 60s from there who were always sentencing Klansmen to no prison time and blacks to life sentences. Looks like not much has changed.

Maybe I’m missing it but I don’t see the information they say he excluded? I see the part where the State Department says he’s a national security threat, presumably for protesting.

You like this guy and what he’s “protesting” about?

No actually. But I don’t think we should adjudicate people’s rights according to how or if we like them.

I was just asking for actual information. If the guy lied on his application none of the rest of that stuff matters.

He doesn’t have the same rights as a citizen. He knew that when he applied for his student visa.

But he has rights. He’s a permanent residents with guarantees from our country. As I’ve said twice if he lied he’s in breach, I’m just asking what he misrepresented.

Here we go again.  The government didn't run their evidence by SID's or the Tim's, therefore it's invalid reference and we owe this fine young man reparations!!!!

What makes Democrats smile most broadly is when we take in terrorist sympathizers that hate America and give them scholarships to US universities where they learn American history from well-credentialed communist professors.

What they don't like so much is when people notice and take actions to stop it.
