$3,000 cash American Currency and here illegally???

Having a gun, knife and $3k in your vehicle in Iowa actually isn't all that surprising to me.  Doesn't make sense for someone in education to have all that but perfectly normal for a trade worker, farmer or farm toy reseller to have.

Iowa has revoked his license.  School board is going to move him from paid leave to unpaid leave as a result.  @TimHauck will continue to defend him.

You do/did it incessantly and for no good reason even after I asked you not to.  If you'd rather I not tag you just say so.

I don’t really care, I’m not a child.  Just think your hypocrisy is funny.

It's not hypocrisy.  Tagging has a purpose.  You abused that purpose, which is why a number of other people thanked me for posting instructions on how to ignore your incessant tagging.

His tagging habit is very passive aggressive

Laura Powell is on top of this story

“.@WHO13news ran two stories on an interview they did with Ian Roberts last year. Today they changed both of them.

In one, they originally said he was born in Brooklyn, but now it says, “he did not confirm where he was born when asked.”

In the other—which does not indicate that it has been updated since its initial publication—they changed his place of graduation from Brooklyn to Guyana.

Those are not small errors. If you are the subject of an interview and there are major factual errors, it’s incumbent on you to request a correction. Here, none was made until this story blew up.“

Another case of the news media lying to protect their leftist idealogy.

When I see Roberts dressed in his 3 piece and those statement glasses he wore I get Tucker from Something About Mary vibes

She’s the lady that posted the thread I shared earlier.  Strike was skeptical of her credentials

So apparently, Erie was like, "oh he can't produce the necessary docs.  Oh well."

Here's this grifter lying on an application for one of those precious grants where it is such a travesty to cut back on.  I'm sure he would've made some critical breakthroughs like he did with his survey for his doctorate.

I get that.  It's still inflammatory and makes me think it's more about clicks.  Or are we going to pretend calling a black guy "magical negro" in this climate no matter what the etymology is won't be met with a call for riots by the left?

If that’s your issue she didn’t choose the title . That’s usually the standard practice in journalism  etc

All these places hired him because he’s black, overlooking qualified white candidates. It’s not happening. I guess these superintendent jobs aren’t really that important? Cut their pay

I don’t think it’s fair to conclude they never received the docs.  That was also at the height of Covid so there could have been delays with stuff like that.  Iowa has stated they did have all the required documents, and completed the FBI check.  Guessing he must have been using a stolen SS # or something.

I'm just going by what Laura Powell, Esq. wrote

"Ian Roberts was offered the position of superintendent at Millcreek Township School District in Erie, Pennsylvania in May 2020. School board minutes from July show that they were struggling to ratify the contract because Roberts could not produce the documents necessary to obtain a letter of eligibility. In particular, he had not provided the necessary proof of his doctorate and had not completed the FBI check. An attorney advised them that they could use an “alternate route” to confirm his eligibility for the position. The plan was to employ him, and “hopefully” the FBI clearance would come through within 90 days. Roberts became superintendent in August 2020, and I cannot anything in the board’s records that indicates whether they revisited the matter."

So they tried to do what they were supposed to do, but the grifter won because as he likely predicted as soon as things got complicated, everyone was like F it.

“Can’t find it in the records” doesn’t mean it never happened.

It DOES mean there is no documentation corroborating that it DID happen, which is kind of the point of documenting things.  So Occams Razor would suggest that if expected documentation doesn't exist the most likely scenario is it was never there.

As his history is being dug into deeper, looks like a lot of lies in his background.  Didn't grow up in NY, didn't earn a doctorate as he claims,............but Tim Hauk Tuah will defend him to the end!!!!

No, it doesn’t necessarily mean that.  It just means she couldn’t find it.

Oh, and now you believe the reporting from Powell?

He has a doctorate.  He didn't for quite some time and lied about it for several years, but then he went and bought one from an online university.

We have to be precise because Tim will latch on to anything you say to defend this grifter.  Too bad he doesn't demand the same precision from the grifters.

Yeah he got it in like 2020 from a puppy, er degree, mill.  Before that he lied about having one since like 2007.  That precise enough?

Tim is here waiting for the facts and wants to make sure no one draws any conclusions from the evidence that is available.

Can't just be quite while he waits mind you.  He wants to make sure no one else draws any conclusions until he is satisfied with the evidence which likely needs to include video of Roberts saying he lied about his background along with a signed affidavit saying the video is authentic.

Also bear in mind this is the same guy that insists he was against covid jab mandates, but the extent of his disagreement was one or two sentences every month indicating so.  Let's juxtapose that against the number of posts he has defending this person that he claims he isn't defending.
