DHS Caught Lying (again)

Interestingly it’s actually a MAGA x poster fact checking McLaughlin’s lies here, who claims this happened over a year ago (it happened 2 days ago), it wasn’t ICE (it was, or maybe Border Patrol), and that it was in Chicago (it wasn’t, it was in Hoffman Estates)

Hoffman Estates PD also confirmed there was an “incident” in the village.

I don’t have enough information on that “incident” to comment about it, but not sure why DHS would blatantly lie about it happening.

Oh, like you do regularly?

Immigration was not really an important issue for me in terms of why I voted how I did, so I don’t recall talking about it too much at all in the past.  Off the top of my head I may have mostly just made some comments about how I don’t think illegals as a whole are violent, but obviously we should first target for removal the ones that are.  Which of course is related to one of my current complaints about what I feel is too many resources being used on those whose only crime is being here illegally.  I’m not saying they should all stay, but I don’t think we should have hired all these “contractors” just to fill a quota.  My issue isn’t with deporting illegals, it’s with things like masked agents driving wrecklessly in unmarked cars and sending people to terrorist prisons simply for being here illegally.

I did however criticize the Biden admin for incorrect information, such as when they published crappy “studies” on mask effectiveness for example.

Such a stupid post and once again demonstrates your lack of seriousness. The border was never “open” during the Biden years. (Open border by definition means anyone is free to cross over without being stopped.) It wasn’t as secure as it is now. But it wasn’t open. And they weren’t lying about it. It’s also irrelevant to what DHS is doing now but that’s a whole other topic.

Just remember, the guy you're talking to believes people should be able to break any law HE DEEMS worth breaking.  He doesn't believe in the normal process most of us believe in - that if you don't like a law you work to get it changed.  He thinks you just ignore it, especially if you're not even supposed to be in this country.  Laken Riley's parent's disagree with him though.  I'm pretty sure he would change his tune if Laken was his daughter.  He's such a POS.
