himmystyles 30 Posted Thursday at 10:46 AM What are you guys expecting tonight and if starting him, who are you benching? Considered a fade in the favorites/fades but also told to grab a helmet in shot callers report- both make good cases!
Law 244 Posted Thursday at 01:11 PM 2-QB league. He's my #3 and I am going with him over Murray. I expect a slight bump to his normal, middling output: 250/2/0.
RareN64Dream 21 Posted Thursday at 03:18 PM Would anyone consider starting Justin Fields or Dillon Gabriel over him? Seems like Jets didn't play well last week.
weepaws 3,291 Posted Thursday at 04:16 PM Fields should rebound, he’s a player that half his games he’s awful, other half he’s great, but without G Wilson, he isn’t someone I would consider, Rodgers.
Law 244 Posted Thursday at 04:17 PM The Jets were horrible last week. Or was it that the Broncos are just that good on defense? Some of both. But the Jets CANNOT pass block. That's a problem against the best pass rush in the league. The Broncos. It's less so against one the worst. Carolina. I think Fields will flip the script and will revert back to his big game swing on this pendulum. I would play him over Rodgers if you need a big game. If you want a nice safe floor, go with Rodgers. I wouldn't play Gabriel over either. Yes. Miami is bad, but their run D is the real problem. Judkins might run for 200!

Law 244 Posted Thursday at 08:32 PM Does the lack of Wilson stop him from running? Stop him from throwing to other receivers? Asking for a friend.

Wilson might attract a bit more attention from the defense. Without him maybe they focus that extra attention on keeping Fields in the pocket to prevent him from doing damage with his legs.. I also think Flacco is good enough to also put up some points and that may force him into a bigger game than he'd normally get. I could see Rodgers getting 280-300 yards and a couple TD. Possibly 3 if things go right. 1
Law 244 Posted yesterday at 01:56 AM Serves me right for believing Rodgers could still be competent. Being outplayed by Flacco. By JOE FLACCO!!!!
kutulu 1,698 Posted yesterday at 02:23 AM This keeps up Flacco is gonna end up starting for Pittsburgh next year, hitting the AFC North for the cycle.

Especially when that other guy has JaMarr Chase AND Tee Higgins, and you only have DK Metcalf.

You’re starting him for the 28-30 points he can put up, mostly with his legs. He can miss Josh Reynolds as easily as he can Garrett Wilson. Granted Wilson helps him certainly but the bigger issue is if the Jets offense lets Fields take off and run versus staying in the pocket and taking sacks as I believe this is currently an offensive coordinator issue. weepaws 3,291 Posted yesterday at 06:19 PM Harder to miss Wilson then it would be to miss Reynolds.
