Hopefully Payton will have his offense better prepared in the 2nd half than he did in the 1st. You've got to go some to out penalize the Raiders

Hopefully this picks up soon

If you're into punting, it's been a tremendous game

Yeah, I was referring to the block as a uptick but that didn't bring the excitement level up for long

What an awkward post-game interview

That game was crap. Just bad.

It didn't help that I had Sutton in 2 leagues. He did squat. On the plus side, I played against Nix in 1 league and he sucked. Of course, I face Bonitto in 2 IDP leagues and he had a big game - after a couple of weeks of nothing. Figures. All and all, the suckness that was Sutton hurt the most. #asshat

A lot of it was due to great punting and it seems a few failed 3rd down chances to keep the offense moving. An unlucky drop by Jeanty; which led to an interception and Nix threw two interceptions, one on an overthrow prayer; type throw I saw.

Denver D has been very good most of the year.

you pretty much need to be an elite offense to move the ball against this squad

I guess the Giants are an elite offense then...

well, you can run against this squad if your RB is good enough..   and I think thats where the Giants scorched them (in part)

though honestly it seemed like an anomaly.   I never saw the game but a buddy of mine said when Skattebo was on the field it looked like their D sold out to stop the run and it opened things up in the pass game.

his analysis seems to make sense as Their run game had been pretty good the previous game or two.    however you are a New York Homie, you can likely give us a better analysis of what happened there.  if so.... do share.    not many know more about the Giants than you do and if you know something I dont,  then I wanna know what you know.

It's not really about the Giants. You made the statement that only an elite offense can move the ball on the Broncos. Clearly the Giants aren't an Elite O, yet they put up 33 points including 283 yards passing with 3 td's by Jaxson Dart. The only conclusion one can glean is that you don't necessarily have to be an elite Offense to move the ball on Denver, HTH...
