As for Ukraine, Biden never bragged about how he was going to stop it. There has been bipartisan support of providing U.S. arms to Ukraine, and Trump has continued with providing arms. The big difference being that Trump bragged that the war wouldn't have started under him, the he'd stop the war prior to inauguration, that he would end the war on Day 1, that he gave a two-week timeline for ending the war and that the war continues to rage while he, an yet another act of Putin ass-kissery, presents Russia's peace plan as his own peace plan and says it's his way or the highway on this.
