Rashida Tlaib took over John Conyers district that was/is 90% Democrat since before any of us were born. She just changed its representation from lunatic fringe black Democrat to lunatic fringe LGBTQ Islamic militant Democrat.

Maybe you're confusing her with Ilhan Omar, as this thread is about Somalia. Tlaib is Palestidiot, not Somalian. I don't know offhand if Omar changed districts, but Tlaib did not.
