Don didn’t lead a group of protestors into a church or organize anything. He was told a group would be protesting in the church and he simply went inside to document and interview.  

Note: It has been reported that one of the pastors of the church is an ICE agent (which I have been unable to verify) which apparently was the reason for the protest that Lemon was simply covering as a reporter.

Disrupting a religious service, shrieking hysterically, showing camara phones in the face of parishoners is not, in my mind, peaceful.  I object when Landover Baptist Church  idiots appear at funeral to "protest.  I object the same here.  These are not traditional public fora though the public is invited.  The crowds gcathered gathered for another purpose, not to be subjected to these rants.  If folks want to speak, go right ahead, but attract their own audience, don't impose on the audience of another.  Personally I find it sad that we now probably need a specific law against usurpation of fora.  It use to be that good manners and common sense accomplished this.  Sadly those are in short supply.  We have lost all perspective and i lament it may never be recovered.

Don't get me wrong here: the post you quoted was in direct response to the convo I was having with @cyclone24. I agree with you and said as much upthread. Barging into a church service, if not illegal (I don't know if it is/isn't), is absolutely running afoul of good sense and decorum, at best. 

While ICE goes about giving police a bad name, some of our esteemed locals in the greater TC metroplex are doing the same to peaceful protest.
