Basically, any home where a horrific multiple murder occurred. Let's say you got a good deal on the house, not free, but below Market. Would that be a consideration? Would the murders be a consideration? Is it true that real estate agents are compelled by law to reveal such a thing?

Why not? Scared of Orcs or dark elves, goblins and evil wizards? Its just as likely to see one of those as it is to see a ghost. They dont exist. Dear god when will I live in a world when I dont have to explain this to adults?
