Black unemployment has been on the decline since February falling from (February) 8.1, (March) 8.0, (April) 7.9, and (May) 7.5 percent, according to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Saw a black dude mowing lawns in Florida a few weeks ago. You could tell he had a "ghetto" past, I think the unkept dreads gave it away. But anyways, I think there is a lot of truth in this because I haven't seen anything other than a Mexican doing yard work in the Florida.
