My business net is now in pure profit. As of last month we paid off our initial investment of 7 mil. the value of our business is probably a lot less than that now but it’s nice to be in the clear from here going forward. Revenue generated net monthly is quite significant and we chose to basically throw 90% of profits into getting that investor cashed out so we could be free 2018 business started with 5 mil initial investment. So not too bad. next project is getting into lower income housing like mobile home or container parks in the desert.
