Not sure where you put rivers, big ben, stafford (i dont think hes great, but he isnt bad), foles, flacco (his team makes the playoffs every year, and he has won a superbowl)

Fitz is a better QB than most give him credit for imo. If he wins the job in camp he's got as good a shot at putting up numbers as RG3 or Foles or Bradford or HOU. Again, just my opinion.
