montana 89 Posted September 6, 2015 Hearing rumors from back home (NE Ohio) that there is a real shot West is traded to the Texans. Haven't found a link yet, just putting it out there. Sounds like Dallas asked too but Clev wanted too much in return.

Filthy Fernadez 2,696 Posted September 6, 2015 Hopefully this adds value to Crowell.
weepaws 3,450 Posted September 6, 2015 If he leaves it will add value to both Crowell and Duke Johnson .
SSP 0 Posted September 6, 2015 he was just traded to the titans
Mike FF Today 760 Posted September 6, 2015 Traded to Tennessee for a conditional 2016 draft pick. Titans also placed rookie RB David Cobb on short-term IR. He'll miss 8 games.
We Tigers 71 Posted September 6, 2015 Crowell and Duke both just got huge bumps. I guess backs being traded for a 7th really speaks to what disposable commodities RBs really are in today's NFL.

The Football Guru 233 Posted September 6, 2015 I think West to the Titans paves the way for Ball to get claimed/signed by the Texans.
Criper 24 Posted September 6, 2015 I think West to the Titans paves the way for Ball to get claimed/signed by the Texans. Texans maybe, but Ravens would make some sense for Ball also, as would the Browns who were rumored to be looking at Ray Rice before they even dealt West. iam90sbaby 2,727 Posted September 6, 2015 Titans just got him for a conditional seventh round pick. PICK THIS DUDE UP RIGHT NOW. Even if you can just cuff Sankey or Cobb with him, grab him now.
Flgatorguy87 160 Posted September 6, 2015 So a RBBC with West getting 8-10 touches a game, Sankey getting the same, Dex getting 3-4 with catches, Jalston Fowler getting stray GL work and occasional carries. I'm a Titans fan and Wiz kills any value with all his situational RB usage.
Challenger 72 Posted September 6, 2015 Another lottery pick just like C Michael, why not, just drop your WR4 or 5 for him.
Flgatorguy87 160 Posted September 6, 2015 The big difference is the offense and offensive line.

iam90sbaby 2,727 Posted September 7, 2015 This situation isnt the same. Exactly. Randel is the starter in Dallas, Michael is there to add depth and possibly has fantasy value. West was traded to be the number one back, or hopes of him being a number one back at least.
WinningTeam11-3 1 Posted September 7, 2015 Do I drop Karlos Williams (handcuff) for Terrance West?
Flgatorguy87 160 Posted September 7, 2015 Exactly. Randel is the starter in Dallas, Michael is there to add depth and possibly has fantasy value. West was traded to be the number one back, or hopes of him being a number one back at least. I agree I just don't think the Titans provide the same upside. If West wins the job he's a Flex. If Michael wins the job which I agree is a longer shot he's a RB2. I guess it depends on what you need. If the roles were reversed I would just change their names in the above paragraph
