The Palestinians are 100% responsible for the lack of a two state solution. It's all "from the river to the sea" with them and until that changes they're going to have to deal with the consequences of their sh*ttastic military capabilities, penchant for losing wars, and enthusiasm for using terrorism against Israel, Egypt, and Jordan, burning bridges everywhere such that nobody in their neighborhood wants to deal with them, be it Jew or Muslim

I didn't doubt that the guy got pardoned. I just didn't know the details. And I've seen President Trump make dubious pardons in the past so I don't know to give him the benefit of the doubt. Same with the Intercept and the California lawsuits. Healthcare Insurance executives flush with government money are not exactly sympathetic figures. It could well be that Duran really was scamming people and so didn't deserve the pardon, or it could also be he got railroaded in a politically motivated trial.
