Seems likely to me. They had him in for a workout right after Walker went down. Heard Fred Ex on the local radio station saying he didn't make the Chiefs because of an injury he had at the time. They told him to get healthy and they would sign him back. Apparently the Packers didn't want him at the time either.

 

However, desperate times call for desperate measures.

 

 

He played in a similar style of offense in philly, so he could pick it up pretty quick. Plus Favre has made a lot of receivers look better than they really were.

 

One thing to remember though. Fred ex suxor. I don't think there's any way he beats out Chatman for the #2.
