Bush's worst moment in the FIVE years he's been in office?

Recommended Posts

Although he won the election, I think getting his ass kicked by John f'ing Kerry in the first debate was pretty bad. Bush had that petulent little girl pout on his face - it was pretty ridiculous.

More recently I think congratulating Brownie and making dumb jokes about hurricanes while people drowned to death in New Orleans was pretty bad. Also, when he suddenly "remembered" two years after the fact that he'd declassified Plame's identity - that wasn't exactly a high point. And King George's "I am the decider!" line didn't help his image too much.

Boy there are lots to chose from.

I kind of enjoy watching him make speeches, gives me a good laugh most of the time with his fumbles.

"Where are those WMD's? I know they're around here somewhere..."

Good one. That was pretty bad, joking about how he sent US soldiers to their deaths based on a lie.

I like it when he goes of script and improvises, that is what makes me watch his speeches

Missing out on an opportunity to finish off the complete humiliation of the befuddled John Kerry but failing to teabag his brutally ugly wife.

I thought his victory speech after he won the 2004 election was the worst. I always support whoever wins the election and go into their presidency with an open mind at least. Then he said he now has political capitol and he plans to use it as well as a few other divisive things. To me that pissed me off more than anything else because I was ready to get behind him and move on and then the bastard tells anyone who didn't vote for him to go fock themselves. I'm a big believer in President's who get in that moment and recognize that 49% of the population didn't vote for them and hope to make bridges to work together for the good of the country. Instead he pisses on the rest of the country. That's just not the right way to handle things.

"I truly am not that concerned about him."

That was the exact moment when my waning support for his administration started to turn to disdain.

Clearly, the biggest blunder of Bush's administration has been the innacurrate WMD statements he made to Americans and to the UN. Even I can admit that.

Letting people in New Orlenas die while they wait for help like a third world country.

He should never do that, if you ever see a deer in the headlights look, it is that.

Don't forget he had his ass handed to him, while having the advantage of BEING WIRED.

Even more embarassing than the federal response was Bush's total inability to grasp the scope of what was happening. First he's at some photo op, then when news gets to Bush he makes dumb jokes about drinking too many hurricanes and a little speach about Trent Lott's porch (because we cared about that), then congratulates "Brownie" on a terrific job, and when it finally dawns on Bush that this is serious he says that nobody could have predicted that the levees would be breached (even though his own advisors were telling him just that a week before).

That IMO was really the turning point in his presidency.

I think that was when people realized, "hey, maybe we DO need government sometimes!"

IDIOT! :argue:

I'm thinking that the worst thing Nero did (didn't do ) was fiddle while Rome burned. Who'd have thought that the elected leader of a democracy would pull off the same stunt.

I'm seriously thinking that 2000 years from now, Nero and Bush will be in a neck and neck coin toss by historians for most incompetent world leader ever.

Wait ... a decider? I thought he was a uniter? Not a devider.

Good to see, recent polls are no longer devided ... most Americans agree he's a fock-up.

What about reading a book to school children ... while the biggest attack on America since ... EVER ... went down. Not a big enough clue?

I certainly never voted for him ... the rest of you focktards ... shoulda known better. I don't blame Bush ... he is what he is ... I blame you stupid focks that voted for him!
