But TJ quickly showed me the pics. he was in the middle of working on something. we share a computer. I walked in the room he said "check this out."

So about 30min. later when I came here I thought them and decided say a quick hello and congrats.

These were taken right before we closed, and the sellers still didn't cut it when we moved in two or three weeks later. It was a mammyfocker with a push mower, for sure.

 

I'm going to have to buy a riding lawnmower.

 

We're also addressing a number of crapass problems in the house, like leaky plumbing, torn up phone lines and a few other minor catastrophes.

Ditto Rusty, though. The bloom is a bit off the rose of the new house. Lots of things the sellers didn't disclose that they should have. We thought the house was more turnkey than it really is.

 

But we're lucky we're in a super kickass school district now!
