NewbieJr 541 Posted April 17, 2007 Please listen in today. I am currently the 14th most-popular station in the entire website, That's out of 702 stations! I need a strong push today to get me into the top twelve, which would put me onto the front page of their radio section. I'd greatly appreciate it. Edjr, if you listen for over an hour today, I'll start a pro-Bonds thread. "Lost In The Eighties" internet station You do not need to sign up to listen. Thanks again. Yes. there are a few late seventies songs. As long as it fits the general "theme" of the station, anything goes. Also, I'm glad you're enjoying it. Sometimes the music just stops Is this happening to anyone else? Maybe it's a streaming/bandwith problem on your work's server? It could be Lala's server, too. Not sure. Sorry about that. Is it frequent?

NewbieJr 541 Posted April 17, 2007 Joe Jackson... one of the most under appreciated musicians of the 80's. Agreed. His early albums were every bit as good as Elvis Costello's. maybe better. He purposely veered away from punk-pop and into more of a jazz-sound. Meanwhile, Elvis C. is in the Rock Hall of Fame and J. Jackson isn't. That's a shame. NewbieJr 541 Posted April 17, 2007 Uh Newbie.... the stations going downhill FAST... Stay the Night by Chicago Let's pick it up a bit huh! ETA: Journey Well, you have to realize that not every song is going to appeal to everyone. There are over 300 songs currently in my rotation. Use the fast forward arrow when you hear a crappy one. Regretably, there are some music snobs that would argue that the journey tune is crappy.

Ok, now we've got some Steve Winwood Forget that it's solo-Belinda. Think Go-Go's. And remember their VH1 Behind The Music. They would frequently get together with groupies and have orgies after their shows. One roadie even had a video.
