Hey Mike, I don't want to be a burden because I know you said to wait for Mike 4 or 5 days but our league wants to start up it's slow draft this coming Monday via the new board (hopefully) I will be out of town basically Thurs--Sun. this week so that leaves us in a bit of bind. I'd really like to know an answer one way or the other before I leave if we will be granted a board.

 

In a nutshell, I am throwing myself on the mercy of the court for a response.

 

Can you get on the bat phone or slap Mike upside the head somehow?

 

Any help would be much appreciated,

I've never done a long draft before either, but I'm assuming you just get as much time as you need to make your pick. Be it an hour or a day. The goal is to have the draft wrapped up by September (someone correct me if I am wrong).

 

Yeah, it'll be kind of crazy those last 7 or 8 rounds taking backups that you think may grow into something, and whatnot.

I just heard back from Mike Mac...he took our names and league name so hopefully this fast forwards the problem with getting the board. TDZ can be the backup if need be.

I would say no time limits for the first couple of weeks - if it looks good keep it that way, otherwise we can set the clock. I know my schedule goes from dead to crazy very quickly.
