Man, strange start to the offseason, no one has slapped their 'ho yet?

I'll call my shot, this weekend, I can feel it.

I think you were a week early:

Raiders OT Cornell Green was reportedly arrested Saturday and charged with Aggravated Battery/Domestic Violence. Analysis: Green allegedly destroyed property and physically assaulted the mother of his two children after a heated argument. The NFL is sure to look into the matter, but Green should be safe from suspension with no history of legal problems.

Police say Green, 32, got into a fight with Teriyonal Flowers at his home in Tampa on Saturday. The 6′6″, 315 lb. offensive tackle allegedly shoved Flowers against a wall and struck her arm with the handle of an aluminum mop. I don’t know how big Flowers is, but I’m guessing she’s not 6′6″ and 315, and that he didn’t need a weapon to subdue her.

Green then left his home to catch a flight to Oakland, but police contacted the TSA who apprehended him at the airport. He’s currently being held in Hillsborough County Jail, so, you know, probably no minicamps in his immediate future.

a mop? ffs

If PJ Hill is drafted he must be added to the list.

This may in fact raise his value. :overhead:

Ex-Wisconsin Tailback Hill Arrested; DWI Alleged

March 17, 2009 5:43 p.m. EST

AHN Sports Staff

Madison, WI (AHN) - Running back P.J. Hill, who played last season at Wisconsin, was arrested Saturday morning on alleged charges of drunken driving, resisting arrest and reckless driving.

According to police reports, authorities got a call from a campus-area gas station after a vehicle rammed into a guard rail. The vehicle sped away until police caught up with it at a traffic stoplight.

Hill allegedly led police on a chase before he was stopped after the car crashed into a wall on Spring Street. Police said they arrested the Badgers junior at gunpoint.

Hill was booked into the Dane County jail and was released on a signature bond Monday.

He finished his third season at Wisconsin in 2008, posting more than 1,000 yards in every campaign. He has since declared for the NFL draft.

He isn't likely to face discipline from the NFL as the arrest took place prior to his entering the league, but an NFL spokesperson told WKOWTV that Hill could still face mandatory treatment or counseling.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Kansas City Chiefs running back Larry Johnson has pleaded guilty to two counts of disturbing the peace for separate incidents involving women at nightclubs last year.

Larry Johnson

Johnson

A Kansas City Municipal Court judge sentenced Johnson to two years probation on Friday. His guilty plea will be removed from public record if he finishes the probation without further incidents.

Johnson will not be allowed to consume alcohol or be at any Kansas City bars or nightclubs after 9 p.m. while on probation. He also must complete anger control counseling and 40 hours of community service.

Johnson was originally charged with assault for allegedly shoving one woman and spitting a drink in the face of another last year. Those charges were changed to disturbing the peace.

Stallworth's blood-alcohol level after the crash was .126, well above Florida's legal limit of .08, according to results of a blood test.

So this clown had to have drank in the neighborhood of 6-8 drinks in the hour before testing give or take.

*1 drink = 1.5fl oz liquor (80 proof) or one glass [5fl oz] wine or one glass [12fl oz] beer. BAC and the effects of drinking alcohol vary from person to person and depend upon body weight, the amount of food eaten while drinking, and each person's ability to tolerate alcohol. Considering he probably drinks often and is in top condition, sounds like he was pretty much pickled.

Taken from WebMd..

Effects of drinking alcohol Number of drinks per hour*

(BAC)† Observable effects†

1–2 Drinks 0.02 Relaxation, slight body warmth

3 Drinks 0.05 Sedation, slowed reaction time

6 Drinks 0.10 Slurred speech, poor coordination, slowed thinking

12 Drinks 0.20 Difficulty walking, double vision, nausea, vomiting

18 Drinks 0.30 May pass out, tremors, memory loss, cool body temperature

24 Drinks 0.40 Difficulty breathing, coma, possible death

30 Drinks 0.50 and greater Death

He's a FA, but he was going to go to another team, right?

Alex Marvez, of FOXSports.com, reports free-agent WR Reggie Williams (Jaguars) was arrested Sunday, April 5, on a felony drug charge in Houston. Williams was charged with possession of a controlled substance that police believe is cocaine following an altercation at a nightclub. Police spokesman Victor Senties said Williams was tasered during a confrontation with two off-duty officers working security at the Open City Bar and Lounge.

He doesn't count - Free agent when it happened.

Currently an unrestricted free agent, Williams never lived up to the lofty expectations that came with being the No. 9 overall pick in 2004. An 11-game starter in 2008, Williams caught 37 passes for 364 yards and three touchdowns. His best season came in 2007 when Williams set a single-season franchise record with 10 touchdown catches. For his career, Williams has 189 catches for 2,322 yards and 18 touchdowns. He started 53 games and missed only one contest during his five seasons in Jacksonville.

Even before Sunday night's arrest, Jaguars coach Jack Del Rio said the franchise didn't "have any intention of bringing him back." Williams had yet to take a free-agent visit this offseason.

Precedent!

He was with the Vikings until this offseason, so it's not like he's been out of the league.

I will add both guys from above Vikes - thanks.

I agree....it's because of the arrests that these guys are free agents...I think if the news says former player, it shouldn't count. if it says FA, it should.

I'm ok with this decision to add Williams -again

Consistency is important, I don't want to be flip flopping on decisions from one guy to the next. Reggie Williams is a player in this league IMO - ok was - but should count.

I'll post him later - thanks vikes and wktsway!!!

He won't count, just thought interesting. take a look at his picture...poster boy for don't do drugs

What a waste

Remember former USC quarterback Todd Marinovich? He was a superstar in college, and was expected to make the same impact in the NFL. However, when he was drafted by the Los Angeles Raiders in 1991, he ended up being a dud.

Anyway, the 39-year-old former NFL prospect surfaced Friday (April 3), when he was arrested in Newport Beach, Calif. outside of his mother's house for failing to show up at a drug rehabilitation progress review.

According to the local paper the Contra Costa Times, Marinovich was taken into custody and held at the Orange County Jail without bail.

Here come the Bengals

Another Cincinnati Bengal is in trouble with the law.

Third-year cornerback Leon Hall was stopped Sunday at 3:11 a.m. on Mount Carmel-Tobasco Road in Union Township.

The Ohio State Patrol said Hall's blood-alcohol level was .149, nearly twice the legal limit. Hall was charged with driving under the influence and driving left of center. The arresting officer said Hall was polite and cooperative during the arrest.

NFL players,

If you're going to act like an A-hole tough guy outside of a club, the man WILL taze you. You are not above any other drunk d-bag. Act accordingly.

Never underestimate the power of the douchebags.

We're actually slightly ahead of last year's pace. Number 15 last year went down on April 12th.

Jocstraps 1/2 sister can be added to the list

Assault of taxi cab driver

Resisting arrest

2 days in jail

NYC chewed her up and just spit her back out to Oklahoma

My X stepmom is such a worthless POS. Nice parenting dad and B!tch.

Let her drop out of high school as a junior, and then let her move out of the house. Send her to rehab which cost thousands that they didn't have, only to let her move to NYC by herself 3 months later.

This is what happens when you get off your medication.

My lil' sis is going to end up dead I'm afraid

MELISSA - that is one helluva a post above BTW. I really enjoyed those stats :nono:
