RaiderHaters Revenge 3,689 Posted December 4, 2009 your team is too inconsistent top to bottom outside Gore, you dont have 1 player you can count on to put up a known amount of points
Foghorn Leghorn 0 Posted December 4, 2009 Rivers Gore K.Smith/Barber Moss S.Smith (NYG)/Boldin Olsen K IDP IDP IDP 12 team league. On three separate occasions, I've lost with the second highest point total of the week. A fourth loss with the third highest point total. I'm 4-8, with the third highest point total overall.

stonewall 647 Posted December 4, 2009 It happens. I am the 3rd highest scoring team in my 12 team champions-only league, and am already out of the playoff hunt. I have had one tie and 3 of my games lost by 3 points or less. On my best games, I would put up 125+ points in a non-ppr, only to waste the effort on an opponent that puts up 70 or so. Plus, it seems as if my weekly opponent often has two or three guys who put up their best game of the year. Frustrating.......but some years fall that way in fantasy. RamslovaMartzhata 3 Posted December 4, 2009 I officially think my team is the best in this thread so far: PPR league that counts return yards and TD's (1 pt per 25yds ko, 1 pt per 10yds pr)... only start 2 WR's. Like the above poster.. 3rd in points, knocked out of the playoffs Big Ben / Matt Ryan / (Young) 4.24 / DeAngelo / Stewart / Wells / (Snelling) Ocho / MSW / Hester / Cribbs Gonzales Folk GB D / DAL D
Ramrock 13 Posted December 4, 2009 this team looks like a below .500 team EOM

At a certain point you can't consider guys like Portis, Witten, and Boldin to be as good as they were expected to be preseason. You probably have 4 or 5 wins. BunnysBastatrds 1,961 Posted December 4, 2009 Twelve team league standard scoring with 1/2 ppr. Start Three wide receivers or TE. No flex. Only four teams make the dance. Roth/Eli LT/Rice/P Thomas/McCoy A Johnson/Ward/Meacham/Housh/Sinicoe Ghram Jets 3rd in points and am 6-5-1. If I win the last two and one team goes 1-1 down the stretch, I'm in. The tie killed me. He needed points from his kicker, and Bioronas hit two fifty yarders to tie me. 111-111. The same score I won the Super Bowl with last year.
PunkRockRedneck 8 Posted December 4, 2009 LOL A friend of mine and I were just talking about this about my team in our league. I'm 4th in scoring in the league, but of course, I've had more points scored against than any other team in the league. Right now, it looks like I'll make the playoffs if I win this week. But I'm also playing the 2nd place team this week. QB - Schuab/Hass RB - Peterson/Jones-Drew/Tomlinson/Caddy/Forsett/Bell/ WR - Wayne/Jennings/Burleson/Walter/Crabtree Gotta love fantasy football sometimes. MTSkiBum 1,606 Posted December 5, 2009 In my main league my brother is second in points(2 points behind the high scorer), yet has been eliminated from the playoffs for 1 week. He very well could end the season as the high scorer and a record of 6-7. Tom Brady Chris Johnson Ricky Williams Steve Smith #2 Kenny Britt Jason Witten He also has decent depth to go with his starters. It is the best team that i have ever seen miss the playoffs. kwhiz73 0 Posted December 6, 2009 1320 scored against me in a non ppr 12 man league. It's been brutal Brady LT Slaton/or Stewart/now or Brown S. Rice Welker B. Marshall Celek my record is not good
Boston Three Party 6 Posted December 6, 2009 My brothers team is virtually eliminated from the playoffs - barring a 200 point week blowup and outscoring the other even record teams that may lose: Warner Vjax Boldin Austin ADP P. Thomas Forsett Tony G/Witten B - K. Smith, Snelling, Crabtree, V. Young, etc. Played against the high scorer 75% of the season, pretty brutal. Lost last week by 3 points to the Brady/Moss owner because douchetard Peyton plays MIKE BELL.
Bears_Rule 0 Posted December 6, 2009 Not last in the league but 2nd to last with this squad: QB: Hasselbeck, A. SMith RB: A. Petersen, MoJo Drew, Ray Rice, Ricky WIlliams, Fred Jackson WR: Sims-Walker, Sid Rice, TJ Housh, Garcon, Breaston, TE: Olsen, Carlson DST: Cowboys, Falcons K: Carpenter Look at those names....makes me realize head to head scoring is not really the way to go...
