Haven't really had much to discuss. DB's like "Pimpdaddy Blue Star Moron" just make things boring, because they always say the same things with no thoughtful insight.

 

I said it at the very beginning of the season, that Dallas was the team that scared me the most in the division. I also said IMO, the Eagles wouldn't go very far with this defense. To a certain extent, they have proved me wrong, thankfully, however I don't think there are many fans out there predicting Super Bowl.

 

If they don't turn you over, they are a very beatable team. Kilroy seems to disagree, but he also wants TO back in town and thinks Kevin Kolb is a better QB than McNabb. Figure that one out...

 

But that offense can really light it up in a hurry, as long as there is balance to the playcalling. My fear with the return of Westbrook, is a return to old habits (which were bad habits).

 

Looking forward to an exciting game on Sunday, and an interesting playoffs. Hopefully the Eagles can win, so that assures me of at least one home playoff game to go to.

McNabb played poorly today. Most of all, though, they were coached poorly. No pressure on Romo. No balance in playcalling. Insistence that Westbrook is still a factor in this offense.

 

McCoy hardly touched the ball. Weaver hardly touched the ball. Avant was a non-factor.

 

Granted, the Eagles got behind early, but it wasn't all that bad.

 

Coaching staff panicked...again.

 

My hope is that they take a long hard look at this game film. Dallas doesn't have to change a thing. They out-physicalled the Eagles today, and it's up for the Eagles to gameplan and take it to them next Sunday.

 

Dallas fans should be very happy with this performance. Eagles missed a golden opportunity, now have to do things the hard way...again.

That's why I started the **Official*** thread where everyone gave their prediction. Not a single person from either side talked sh1t. None of the Cowboy fans did either. Only you.

 

My posts all week were just talking about what a little cvntface you are. I certainly don't have to eat crow about that just because the Cowboys won a football game. They were home. Philly did a lot of things poorly 2day. But I'm not certain it was a result of just a bad game as much as Dallas flat out kicking their butts and making them play like that. We dominated what all said was the hottest team in the league, in every facet. It may be that Dallas is simply a better football team right now. Not sure anybody wants to see this team in the playoffs.... And for the record, Rodgers is really good - still take Romo and like my chances.

I did not say so; but my biggest fear today as a Dallas fan was Andy Reid. I will be more confident next week. I think the Cowboys have got too much talent in the right places for Andy to overcome. I did say that McNabb would eat turf in the first quarter and that Ratliff would get to the temp center.

 

Although anyone could see disapointment in McNabb and other Eagles players, I felt like they tried to stay in the game, and I respect them for that. It is more than I can say for the Cowboys last year in the same situation.

He either ends up laughing at sh*t when he shouldn't be laughing about something, or he has this look like he did today - where his facial expression alone lets you know he doesn't feel up to the task of matching what the other team's offense will produce.

 

He has skills. He's accomplished a lot with the Eagles and for himself, but his biggest weakness is that his leadership skills are terrible. You have guys like Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Drew Brees, Philip Rivers - they all get into it... and then you have McNabb, he just mopes and shrugs - drives me nuts with him, not to mention the short comings in other aspects of his game (accuracy and his reaction to feeling pressured in the pocket). Even those would be much more tolerable though if the guy actually showed some enthusiasm once in a while when the going gets tough.
