It is perfectly understandable for people who hate to see our society circling the drain express their opposition to the attempted normalization of freakish behavior that should be ridiculed and shunned, not celebrated and encouraged.

The whole "You're obsessed with trannies" or "You must be ghey or like trannies" anytime someone questions them is simply a means to shut down the conversation.  It's no different when they call people "ists" and "phobes" - the goal isn't to discuss the topic.  The goal is to shut down conversation.

This is a serious post so I’ll respond to it in a serious manner. 
 
It’s not liberals, or Democrats, who are attempting to normalize what was previously believed to be a mental illness. It’s the doctors. The AMA. The majority of doctors around the world, and psychiatrists and people who have spent their whole lives learning about and dealing with mental illness. They’re the ones who say that this isn’t that. We, the liberals listen to them. 

We, the liberals, listen to the doctors and the scientists. When they tell us climate change is a serious issue that needs to be addressed, we pay attention. When they say that everyone should take the Covid vaccine to avoid losing millions of lives, we do it. When did trusting science become a liberal thing? I have no idea. I’m not smarter than you are, I don’t think I’m better than you are. But I trust a mechanic to fix my car. I trust a pilot to land the plane I’m on. And I trust doctors.

Anyway, nobody has a problem with adults choosing to do anything they want to their own bodies. Everybody with a brain should have a problem with adults performing life altering procedures on impressionable young children. Any Dr. performing genital mutilation on an underage child is violating their hippocratic oath and should have their license to practice "medicine" revoked. 

Also, calling the covid vaccine "medicine" at this point is laughable, given everything we've learned.
