Patriotsfatboy1 1,432 Posted November 21, 2014 I put one in last year. I have a couple of boys that are in middle school. It has been a great thing for us since we are now battling for showers. There is no way that we could do this with a traditional tank. The only challenge is that it can take a while for the hot water to start flowing, but I don't worry about running out of water no matter how long my kids were farting around earlier. I have a Rinnai and the rebates are pretty good.

patweisers44 697 Posted November 21, 2014 I built an addition last year to move my Father-in-law into my house after my mother-in-law passed away. He is 75, has Parkinsons and takes forever to Shower, Shave, etc. I replaced my furnace and water heater during this process. I don't know the brand installed, but its a Godsend. Like fatboy said, it takes a minute for the water to heat up, but after that you are golden. I tested it by turning on two showers and the kitchen sink at the same time, which is about as much waterload as I could ever see being used at once.
