There was a scholar who pointed out that a conversation you have with the President officially would have some classification attached to it. Not Top Secret or such but Confidential.

There is ZERO evidence that Comey has leaked anything. Trump called him a leaker because he admitted that he wanted to get his notes out there and gave them to a reporter. Those were his personal notes and at that point, he knew Trump had gotten rid of him to he could avoid being investigated by a guy who couldn't be intimidated. He knew that giving that to a reporter would lead to an independent council. Which is what he knew had to happen to get to the truth. It's all spin with Trump and his supporters. When they know he's in trouble, discredit everyone who might be able to bust him.
