mobb_deep 921 Posted December 29, 2017 Hole in the wall places in the ghetto of where you live have a website and have won awards? The median house price in Evansville is 110,000. Pretty sure the entire city is one big ghetto.

Maybe, house prices in the midwest are completely different than West Coast. My 350k house to the North East side of Evansville would be a few million in your neck of the woods. It is what it is.. Typical banter from you though, doesn't even register on the give a' sh!t meter.

vuduchile 1,947 Posted December 29, 2017 Pepperoni and all other toppings belong ON TOP, thus the name, toppings. Square slices are stupid. The outer edge pieces are ok and easy enough for the physically challenged geeks to eat. But the center pieces are as soggy and limp as the rest of you pizza experts. listen2me 23 1,969 Posted December 29, 2017 There is nothing abnormal about NYC style pizza. It is Pizza. All the spinoffs added goofy aspects in. I don't care what you want to add on top. But if you are going to want a full salad on top then regular crust won't work for you. You will need some big glob of dough for it to sit on, and a knife to pile it into your gullet. I like sweet onions and banana peppers on occassion. What really matters is the ingredients and perfecting what you do. If you charge 6 dollars for a pizza like a chain, then you are using 6 cent ingredients. Chain pizza is awful because of the ingredients. They perfected what they do. Just like TV dinners perfected what they do. Doesn't mean I would ever choose to eat a TV dinner. There is absolutley no reason to eat a chain pizza, unless you have a group of kids or don't have 15 bucks.
tanatastic 2,062 Posted December 29, 2017 If I remember correctly you went to Totonnas in Coney Island not too long ago. I choose Totonnos over Grimaldis (Sp??) Ahhhh no that was on my list and reccomended here but I didn’t get around to it. I did have Lombardi’s and a few places in Williamsburg though.
