1. They offered "billions" while true, is misleading. They offered 20%ish of what was being asked for. Not near enough.

 

2. "They fight against that joke of a wall". I guess DHS is a "joke" of an agency? I guess our boarder agents are "jokes" to the democrats. They (DHS and boarder agents) also recommend a boarder wall in areas. Trump has already said a wall is not needed across the entire boarder, but is needed, and requested by DHS, in certain areas.

 

3. Sanctuary cities. Again, your statement of "doing the feds job because of resources" is a misleading half maybe even quarter truth. There are mayor's, governors, senator's, all on record from "sanctuary" cities and states proclaiming they are open to all people. Illegal and legal. They are "open for business". Those statements mean "come here and you're safe". They mean "we have no intention of cooperating with the feds". You have some leaders saying they won't cooperate period.

 

So in most of these instances it has nothing to do with resources, but everything to do with ideology. They have no intention of cooperating. They have a sworn duty, a sworn DUTY to uphold the laws of this land. If not, then you was ok with that woman in Kentucky not signing marriage certificates based off ideological differences? Right? Same argument.

 

4. Yes they do fight for citizenship. Ever hear of pathway to citizenship? That's a wildly popular democrat idea. Amnesty? Another democrat solution. Those are not republican talking points.

3. You have a link to republicans wanting state agencies to "actively persue" illegals? I've never heard that once. Republicans want state agencies to notify feds when they have illegals in custody. Never heard what you just claimed.

 

Please explain why it's disingenuous. She had a sworn duty to perform, but refused for religious and ideological differences. She, like sanctuary politicians, are refusing to uphold the laws they were put in place to enforce and follow. Point is, you can't pick and choose, once you become an elected official.
