kilroy69 1,250 Posted May 7, 2018 And I do not miss them at all. I am amazed at how many fockheads line up to see regurgitated characters. Avengers? Iron man? Thor? WTF are you a bunch of kids?

tanatastic 2,062 Posted May 7, 2018 They didnt even start to really get good til 08 when Marvel studios started making movies. Has become far and away the most bankable studio with by a landslide the highest rated collection of movies. Around 20 movies and almost all of them highly favorably rated. This is like saying you havent watched mafia movies since before The Godfather and goodfellas came out. Whats all the fuss about mafia movies? I mean, I stopped watching before godfather and goodfellas and casino, but Im sure I didnt miss anything. Lol! More adults watched this new Avengers movie opening week than any movie ever made btw. Oh and the whole schtick of berating the oddball only works when you arent trying to put down people for watching the most popular movies ever. Its like going to a concert and being the only guy there booing the band.

edjr 6,590 Posted May 7, 2018 I don't watch them. Not because I think I am better than anyone or they are only for children, I just don't like them and don't really have time. those of you that do like them, great. I mean, I watched Shrek with my kid yesterday for the 1st time since 2001 or so

tanatastic 2,062 Posted May 7, 2018 I dont watch them because I think they are for kids. More adults see them than any movies in history. More adults without kids went to see the Avengers movies than your top 5 favorite movies combined x10 or maybe x100.

tanatastic 2,062 Posted May 7, 2018 So? I think professional wrestling is for kids too but that doesnt stop hillbillies from watching it.Wrestling is a much smaller niche fandom now, Marvel movies are the most popular movies in the world. Also the whole wrestling is for hillbillies was a cliche from the 70s. Its cringe like when people say bow-chika-wow-wow when someone mentions porn. The music hasnt been that way for 30-40 years. Its not often you can say someones opinion is wrong, since its an opinion. But here we are.

Frozenbeernuts 2,264 Posted May 7, 2018 no, not really. I noticed you do though, like a real lot. One difference, when I talk about it I'm just joking around. It's pretty clear how much you enjoy it, regardless of who talks about it. Kind of creepy how your response is always first, coming up from behind. Kinda fitting

Electric Mayhem 35 Posted May 7, 2018 You movie snobs are missing out. The MCU is fantastic action fare. Who cares if it is based on characters geared towards younger audiences. Just enjoy it for what it is. There is no payoff for snubbing 'kids stuff'. You won't get a "PROPERLY ADULTING" stipend check in the mail if you publically announce you didn't think it was focking awesome when Bruce Banner says "I'm always angry" and then turns into the Hulk AND SMASHES THE GIANT SPACE WHALE INTO THE MANHATTAN PAVEMENT HOLY CRAP THAT WAS AMAZING AND THEN HE PUNCHED THOR LOLS AND THEN HE RAG DOLLED LOKI MORE LOLS!!@#!@!! TL/DR: Lighten up Francis.

Batman - Michael Keaton then all the Batman movies were turrible Dark Knight great job, finally Super Hero movies done well X-Men turrible... Dark Knight set the standard - it's all turrible from here. SpiderMan, Avengers, Hulk, IronMan, DeadPool, etc, etc, etc... just turrible.
