You see them a lot in China. America has some of the cheapest gasoline in the world. In other places, EV makes a lot more sense.

Of course, people who have Tesla money dont give a fock about gas prices. It would make more sense to make a budget electric car.

I considered getting a model 3, which has a 35k base price before the EV credit. Makes sense because I already have a PV array and often pump excess energy into the grid.

 

Even that is more cash than I want to spend on a car though.

I have an F250 because i pull a 40' fithwheel. When i sell that, im dropping down to a F150. Maintenance cost are higher than shiot on the 250.

Those that haul stuff arounf and actually use them for a purpose.

 

Those that treat them like sports cars, have big ol shiney expensive trucks but wouldnt even know how to change a tire.
